HOUSEKEEPING!
Dear AHG Camporee Attendees,
We are so excited that camporee is coming soon! We are close to 600 attending, which is amazing!
"For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.” Matthew 18:20
We would like to send out a little housekeeping to try and cover some questions that have commonly come up. We appreciate your patience for alot of these to be answered but we did not want to put out bad information and some of these needed a little research on our part. We know this is alot, but please take the time to read thru everything.
LAST DAY FOR LATE REGISTRATION IS MARCH 15!!! If your name is not in the badgetracker by March 15, you will not be registered for camporee. Please email us right away if you are having any issues getting in and we can manually enter it from the administration screens.
CARPOOLING Due to parking restraints at the camp, please try and carpool if possible. You may have two adults in the car or have one adult as long as you are followed in tandem by another adult so that you can be 2-deep at restroom stops/breaks.
SIBLING/TENT/CAR NUMBERS Please have your numbers of tents, siblings & cars coming to the camporee to us NO LATER THAN APRIL 1. Siblings need to be exact, tents and cars can be estimated.
HEALTH FORMS/PERMISSION SLIPS Every attendee, girl and adult, needs to have a current health form on file with your troop. No High Adventure forms are needed. Each troop is responsible for gathering their own permission slips and retaining them. EVERY ADULT ATTENDEE MUST HAVE YOUTH SAFTEY TRAINING!!!
LAST DAY FOR SHIRTS/GOODIES IS MARCH 15!!! Please have your envelopes postmarked by March 15 or we cannot guarantee order. Please Email us if you need a form. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED YOUR SHIRT ON BADGETRACKER YOU DO NOT NEED TO REORDER. We will not be ordering any extras so this is truly the last call.
TRIVIA QUESTIONS: Please email us your trivia questions from your tribe research by April 1. Please keep in mind that all ages from K-12 will be answering them, so if you could do one hard, one medium and one easy question. All answers should be able to be found on your presentation board.
WEATHER/PACKING: We are a go on the camporee come rain, sleet, snow or hail. It is Indiana and the weather changes daily, especially in the springtime so PLEASE BE PREPARED for anything! Our next post will be our suggested packing essentials, at the very least, please bring good rain gear, plenty of dry socks and closed toed shoes.
PERSONAL SHOOTING EQUIPMENT: Due to liablity issues we ask that ALL PERSONAL SHOOTING EQUIPMENT BE LEFT AT HOME (bb guns, rifles, bows, etc.). We will have plenty of equipment there for the girls to use.
CAMPGROUNDS: The campgrounds are beautiful but also large. Please wear comfortable shoes and be ready to have short hikes between activities. Keep your meals simple or have a team who stays at camp to cook and have meals ready when the girls show up, they may only have 30 minutes to eat and then leave for their next round.
MEAL PLANNING: Just a reminder that food is not being provided at the camporee. Each troop is responsible for planning and cooking their own meals.
CAMP SET UP: You will be allowed to drive back to your campsite to unload, then you will need to move your car to the designated parking area. The same goes for packing up. No cars will be allowed in the campground area on Saturday. We will have golf carts to help those arriving late with their equipment.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you know you will be arriving late please email us your name and your expected arrival time.We are so excited that camporee is coming soon! We are close to 600 attending, which is amazing!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day to all our AHG leaders and families! We wanted to take time and say THANK YOU ALL, for all that you do for our girls, for all of your time and effort that you give so generously, for going above and beyond so that our girls can learn to be women of integrity and women of God. Praise be to God on this day for the ultimate sign of His love.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

TROUBLE WITH BADGETRACKER???
We are getting reports of people not being able to get on badgetracker. If you are having login problems, please clear all your cookies and give it another go. If that still does not work, please email us at ahgcamporee2014@gmail.com with your specific error message and we will try and get it figured out. Please do not email badgetracker, they will just forward it to us and we don't want to miss anyone! We are so excited about camporee and can't wait to see everyone there! Keep the prayers up for a nice spring, Punxsutawney Phil says 6 more weeks of cold and ice!
